Reply:In the past I welded/soldered dental prosthetics that were 3 tenths of a milometer thick, I did it for so many years I could do it with my eyes closed. LOL!Last edited by kctgb; 05-31-2015 at 01:20 PM.

I currently work in a tool and die/job shop we outsource all our aluminium welding and 90% of our tool and die welding gets sent to a specialty welding shop that's 5 hours away. I am planning on setting myself up soon to learn this black art to bring this specialised work closer to home.
