Clausing Lathe tailstock fit

I have the opportunity to buy a tailstock for my 12"  (5935) Clausing lathe...the man said he knows it will fit the 12" 4800 and 6300 series but not sure about the 5900...So, does anyone have a good idea if it will fit or not.....Been looking for the last 2 months and they don't come along to often............

Reply:interesting Clausing story.....is the 5400 and 5900 series lathe related? What is the picture next to your name ? can't tell but looks like a 105 recoilless on hill 512 in vietnam....
