3x3 .250 angle mounts, .250 HR winch plate/vertical supports, 3/16 HR for the rest. this one was real tough. not an easy way to make a high angle approach for a WJ. fender supports and subframe just hang so low. I built this just big enough to cram a warn 9500 winch on it Attached Images'14 HTP invertig 221Thermal Arc 201ts'15 HTP 2400'13 Hypertherm Powermax 30Esab 875Esab 251Clark Metal Servicespecializing in stainless steel exhaust systems
Reply:Here it is blended and installed. I have spray paint on it for now. I am still hoping to find an XRC x2/0 synthetic 8k winch, or get a synthetic cable for this one. Still have to do a lower  vented skid to hide that subframe, and protect the bottom of the radiator/oil cooler. Reply:You filled up that area in front of the grill pretty good, any overheating problems? Bumper looks good.
Reply:Originally Posted by DSWI wondered about that. 1st thing I thought of was if this was really practical the way that cooler stuck down there unprotected. Sort of defeats the purpose of a high angle bumper.Looks quite nice tough. A nice steel bumper like this is on my  "around to it list" to replace the cheap POS that came stock on the work truck.

Reply:Great work man love it! Blocks a good section of the grill tho, you think this may cause cooling problems come summer? Looks friggin dynamite tho! I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys

Don't you love honest sellers. I wouldn't have cared anyway
Reply:What did you use to cut the metal? I just did a bumper for my silverado and cut all the metal with a 4.5 in grinder...  looks amazing, great work!
Reply:Looks really good!
Reply:nice looking bumper but hope you don't have problems with restricted air flow to the radiator.i.u.o.e. # 15queens, ny and sunny fla

These are cars for wannabes most times. Granted there are serious off roaders out there who get them, but the average owner wouldn't climb anything as tall as a curb or even off road it on the grass of the lawn.
