Minimum number of machines to shear, roll and weld

I have to shear material to width, slip roll and weld all the way down the seam.  I have a few questions regarding the machinery required, and would really appreciate any help.Will this process require three separate machines, or has anyone seen anything that can do one or more of these steps on one machine?I do not want to be welding the seams by hand, I have to perform this process by the tens of thousands.  What machine would you guys recommend to put a good weld all the way down the seam?  The seam has to be airtight.Any help is much appreciated guys, I'm a newbie.

Reply:If your user name means what I think it does, just sit the metal on the seat in the summertime, and it will get hot enough to fuse the joint, LOL.
Reply:I figured it wouldn't be cheap, what I'm trying to do now is put together an accurate cost.  Are you referring to the pivot pipe used for irrigation?
