I couldnt edit my post so here we go again I dont know if it's a 400 or 600 but it has Detroit Diesel 2-71 that needs a trottle linkage it starts and runs well. It's just more work than I have time for. $600 for the welder ,$300 for the trailer if someone wants it with the welder. Thanks, Brian
