What should my ac balance be set at for welding 16 gauge aluminum tubing?Also what about 1/8 aluminum sheet.Is there a way to change the frequency on a synchrowave, or is that just on the inverter machines?
Reply:Balance I usually set to 6 or 7 most times. That's a good number that works well on reasonably clean material.As far as frequency, The Syncrowave is fixed at 60 hertz. It's only advanced inverters that might allow you to change the frequency..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear.
