Reply:Your headache might come from lack of ventilation, instead of bright lights. Reply:BC, those tubes remind me of an ex-customer of mine. Big guy, maybe 350 pounds, with huge hands and fingers as big as hot dogs. He welded for a Boeing subcontractor and built parts that were part of their fuel systems. It was about a 3" aluminum tube with a slight bend in it. He had to weld a flange on one end and a cap on the other. He'd sit there all day long using those huge, meaty paws with one foot on the welder control pedal, the other foot on the pedal controlling the positioner speed, tig torch in one hand, filler rod in the other. Had to see it to believe it.
