Has anyone use usweldingsupply.com?

I did some thread searching and I have seen a few links to them come up, but I didn't know if anyone had used them before and hoped someone might chime in. I was looking to pick up one of the lincoln power mig 210mp but the price went up at IOC so I found usweldingsupply but hadn't really seen any reviews or chatter from them.Thanks.

I've purchased a number of items...Wire, mig accessories, tig...etc. Always a good price and fast shipping.About a month ago, I ordered some tig tungsten electrodes and the package arrived but it was empty. No electrodes, just some literature. I sent them an email...and within 3 days I got the missing items I ordered with an apology.    This was only a 15.00 order and they didn't bat an eye. I was impressed with the service and I'd say they are top notch IMO.

Reply:Well, today was interesting, emailed them and after a few hours the email bounced back undeliverable. Apparently their [email protected] is a redirect to an airgas.com email account that is unreachable. So I will try to call them when I can get a moment to step out here. Their system updated my order to give me a shipping update, but the system doesn't correctly produce any tracking numbers despite the system saying it does. This will be an adventure I guess.
Reply:Called the number listed on the website, woman who answers without even identifying the company tells me they have been bought by airgas, and that the number I called is only for international accounts then gives me another number. Call second number, guy who can't fully understand me, or give coherent answers tells me that he is only the local miami desk, that I have to call technical support. He gives me toll free number for airgas.com purchases which instills 0 confidence in these guys.I call in and I am really and pleasantly surprised, get fully coherent and intelligent individual who both acknowledges that he has no clue about the acquisition but that he will look into the issues. He has taken down the information about the order, tells me about the potential for backorder because the welder is selling well, and gives me extensions to call him directly. Maybe its the fact that he properly used the nato phonetic alphabet and clearly articulated what he was going to do and when he was going to do it, but I got a better "this problem will be resolved" feeling. Of course if I wanted to buy from airgas I would have gone the 1.5 miles down the road from my house and bought it, but I thought I could save some tax and the price increase but also not have to deal with them and their locally spotty customer service.
