Question about Speedglas

I recently got a Speedglas 100x A/D hood. Just wondering if any of the older members who have to use cheater lenses who has one one of these has problems getting the cheater to stay in. My hood has two little clips that hold the upper part of the lense. When I lay the hood face up on my mig the cheater falls out. Tried some gorilla tape on the bottom but w/ hot weather here it also comes loose. Reply:I use the 9000X, and the cheater goes outside of the A/D module and under the outer clear lens. The outer lens holds basically just holds it in place. I looked at the speedglas website for your 100x, but couldn't find any useful info.
