SP-125 Plus Amperage Question

I'm preparing to put in a subpanel in my garage shop and was a bit unsure which conclusions to make about the needs for my SP-125 Plus based on the information on page 9 of the manual.I bought the welder used awhile ago and have been using it on a 120V 15A circuit. I had to change out the NEMA 5-20 end for a NEMA 5-15 end to do so. From the manual page mentioned above, I can see that doing so limits my output to 63A and that it would be 90A on a 20A circuit.My question relates to the 25A 'Maximum Output' - Does this mean that in order to see maximum rated output I need to put this on a circuit with higher ampacity than 20A? Specifically, does this mean using a 30A breaker and 10 gauge wire? (I've never encountered 25A breakers.) Or is going with a 20A breaker and 12 gauge conductor the way I need to go?I'd like the welder's output to not be limited by my circuit planning, but by the same token I don't want to  either.Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. Reply:I would use #12/3 wire on a 20amp breaker. This topic has been go over before and it is believed that by using heavyer wire ( I think #10 ) and a 30amp breaker will actually allow you to get the most power out of the welder. I had a Miller 110 welder that I used all the time on a 15amp breaker and it worked fine on the lower settings. I could even weld at the highest setting but only for a shorter amount of time. The welder would work better with the heavyer wire and breaker though. You should also check to make sure the cord on the welder is rated high enough.hope this helps.Miller DVI2Lincoln Precision Tig 225Thermodynamics Cutmaster 38Everything else needed.
