This is about the easist welding project to do. It comes in very handy when setting grade, or building a square. The rebar holds the string tight with its ribs. It's also very cheap. I was tired of always pounding a piece of wood in the hard Missouri ground. After a day of use they were trash. The project does not need to be pretty, just very strong welds.4) 20' sticks of 3/8's rebar $20.00Cut each stick into 3' and 2' pieces. Lay them on top of each other and weld away.
