Thermal arc scout

Hi. I'm looking for opinions on the Thermal arc scout compared to the Lincoln outback 185 or miller Bluestar 185 The Thermal arc seems to have a much higher duty cycle But lower generator power Is it an inverter welder?only weighs about 200lbs an only 9hp honda engine are theyChinese origin? I dont think there is much difference pricewise new but the Miller or Lincoln would probably be worth more used?  Any replies or coments welcom;  Thanks;  Josey
Reply:I have used one of these in the past. This is a real Honda DX engine, not a china knock off motor. These are excelent welders and will run 6010 very nicely. Good scratch start tig welder as well. Reply:I have one also. It's a excellent welder along with a great generator. It starts my 3 hp/ 230 volt well pump real easy.(down 520 ft) I also can run my LN-25 pro with .035 self shielded flux core wire. 6010 is no problem at all.
