Reply:It's a pretty good beginner or light duty tig. The duty cycle on them is a bit low in my opinion, but other than that I haven't had a problem from the one I have had, and it's 12-15 years old. Doesn;t get used much now, but it has always worked well.I'm a Lover, Fighter, Wild horse Rider, and a pretty good welding man......
Reply:alright thanks for the input. yea i plan on learning with this one. then i can start pumping out some fab work maybe even a couple fully tiged LT trucks.lincoln weld pac 100Hobart handler 120Lincoln "BuZZ box"Lincoln Precision Tig 225
Reply:Out of curiousity, I just purchased a used Squarewave 175 - what is the difference between that and the 175 pro? the only obvious difference is that the amp dial scale printed on the face of the unit drops to 10 amps on the Pro vs. 12 on the older 175.
Reply:The SW175 Pro has a pair of slots in the cabinet to mount the accessory pulser unit that were not on the earlier version.Rex |
