New to Aluminum Welding

Hi All,          So I have a small Easy Mig 100, a small $80 stick welder and a large 240v lincoln stick welder. I have tried and tried to weld aluminum, but have failed at every turn. I understand that typically argon is required. My mig doesn't have a gas hookup. Is there any way with the equipment that I have that I can successfully weld some like 1/16th inch aluminum? It doesn't really have to be beautifully done. I really just want to tack some angel's inside of some rectangular tubing.Thanks a bunch, John

Reply:Or a TIG machine....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Option 3: If it is only a few pieces, take it to someone with the equipment & experience.Option 4: Use fasteners like bolts or aluminum rivets, alter the design to accommodate if necessary.---Meltedmetal
