Smaller mig gun?

I have a 250 amp Miller mig welder with a Magnum 300 gun on it. For what I need it for, the gun is way to big. I have a 175 and 100 amp Lincoln with Magnum 100 guns on them. I'd like to sell my 175, but I need the smaller gun for .120 wall DOM for roll cages.  Is there a physically smaller gun that will hold 200+ amps? What size is the Magnum 200? Reply:I have the millermatic 210 with the M-25 gun. Reply:The welding supply company Praxair has a private label Bernard gun with the center fire tips called ProStar. Great little gun. It is a Bernard Mig gun. I had a 150amp model for years. I ordered and installed a compact 45* neck for it. It was very compact and maneuverable. The distance from your hand to the end of the tip is minimal. I have a 200 amp gun now on my PM216. Reply:Google says it came with a GA-20c gun. I'll have to look at it when I'm home tomorrow. I'm not familiar with the different connections.Millermatic 200Lincoln SP-100

Reply:Yeah, Miller says the replacement gun is a M-25. Does anyone know if the M-150 gun is smaller in size than the M-25, and has the same connections? Looking at the parts it doesn't look like there's a separate trigger wire/plug. Reply:The smaller Miller guns look like they might be the same gun that Hobart uses on it smaller machines. If this is true, the gun lead/whip has a touch of stiffness to it. MOST Hobarts (210mvp, 140 handler etc) use a .480 back end, SOME Hobarts use a .680 back end. 99% of Millers use the same back end connection, so you can use a m10 or m15 gun in place of a m25. And the other way around.
