i was at a swap meet this weekend and picked up a hf 251 and a pc-300 pulser control for 200 bucks ...now i have a question what the heck does the pc-300 do exactly ?

Reply:I know a place that sells refurbed Millers for $300 and new clones for $400 IIRC.
