Parts help. I just bought a used 3200HD and its missing some parts

Its missing a couple of parts pointed out by the previous owner.  since I got it and the cart for $150 dollars I did not really care.   He told me is missing a spring and pointed to the wing nut that holds the wire spool on.  He also said its missing the tip.  I have pictures I just uploadedmissing spring picturehttp://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlinkmissing tip picturehttp://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo...eat=directlinkI'm think the tip is a consumable i shouldnt have to hard of a time finding a replacement, but the spring is something I dont know about.I'm would like to replace the plastic bevel on around the front because its cracked, but I dont know how hard it would be to find that part.ThanksNick

Reply:sinner -- I know on my 180 there is a nylon washer with a key that fits into a slot -- with out that the nut will turn right off, I suspect. I cant see if it is in the picture or not-- fredLincoln 180C MIG
Reply:The spring is to add tension/drag to the roll, there should be a washer between the spring and the roll, tighten the wing nut adding pressure to the roll to keep the roll from turning on its own and birds nesting!As mentioned before, you can get a spring at about any hardware or farm and fleet store.#1. Reply:thanks guys for the tip.  Now I just need to find a good(cheap and doesnt need a hydro testing) welding bottle and I will be good to go.  The LWS says 80 is the largest owner bottle they will refill.
