Made these at work last week all 8mm stainless. I designed the parts and cut them on the plasma table. TIG welded them on 200 amps (machine maxed out) air cooled torch no. 6 cup, 2.4 mm red tungsten and 1.6mm filler wire because it's what we had. They're 660mm long and I can't remember how tall only the front section with the holes in is seen. Obligatory close up weld shot with coin. Look forward to your comments Attached Images

Reply:Welcome. Nice looking bracket. You'll have to post a photo when they are installed.
Reply:Great looking brackets
Reply:Will try to get some pictures of them installed I didn't go to fit them. Suppose it would be a good excuse to go to the pub they're in to have a beer
Reply:Sorry toolbox my brain didn't see your post the other day. There upside down in the bench. The customer asked for the holes because he likes how it looks. Was a pretty good job to do I just got given a piece of stainless plate a length it had to be and was told to curve the bottom and put some holes in it. The holes only go that far back because you only see to the end of the third weld from the narrow end.
