Good price on a used Millermatic 251?

Looking at a MM 251, guy said he is original owner and it was hardly used...original wire and the pictures look like it's in real good shape.   Comes with bottle...was wondering if 1k is a good price or if I should try and get him down some...any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Reply:Yeah he's trying to find the paperwork on the bottle but it's not really a problem..the company I used to work for gets their bottles through the same place and  the people down there know me..but getting two bottles might be something I'll have to look into.  Only thing that sucks is the closest place is 50 miles away but the bottle is more then half full and it should last me awhile.
