Sa200 RPM

Is there any other way to adjust the rpms on a sa200 other than with the governor. My heat is good but my machine feels like it's running slow
Reply:Ocv when started first thing in the morning are 98 aux plug 123v rpm 1500. Rack is on factory punch marks. The machine welds like I want it with the rpms at 1525 but it makes the ocv way over 100 and the aux at 130v

Reply:Ok that's about how my machine does I was also worried about my grinders if I use the first thing when voltage is up around 130v

Reply:I've also noticed whenever it's real cold, or cold and moist the arc on my machine runs real funky sometimes it seems like the pipe doesn't take the metal real good in these conditions
