what brand of bench grinder is this?

Anybody know what brand this bench grinder is?  It's really old and I can't read any of the logo on the stamping.  It's 1/2" HP and I believe it says it can go 115/230V.  I would love to try and find the outside covers of the wheels.Your help is appreciated!!
