Optima Programming

Does anyone here have programming parameters they've created that work well with their Optima pulses?The preprogrammed ones are all canned to specific wire sizes and gasses.  I've got C5 gas for spray, C25 for SC, and 100% argon.  Apparently pulsed mig is for use with spray only, so almost no spatter and lower heat input than traditional spray.  Wondering what those with an Optima have discovered work well in their experiences.  I'm looking for a general program for .030 steel wire.  BTW, I'm using an XMT304 with an S22 suitcase and a Q300.  Also a WC24 with a Spoolmatic 30 amp.Thanks
