I'm considering buying a used Vantage 300 and was wondering if there are any more thoughts on the subject. I've read all the posts that I can find here. Seems to be mixed reviews, as usual.

Reply:I like both of mine, never a bit of trouble. The oldest one got a board upgrade no charge from Lincoln. It made the remote work a little nicer, and spread out the amperage control some.All in all, they are nice machines, wonderful to weld with and the little Kubotas start great and run cheap. |
