I have a pair of SA-200s for sale. #1 is a 1965 RedFace SA-200 F-162 Code: 5604 ser# A521697No side doors, better trailer. Complete not cannibalized at all. #2 is a 1962 RedFace Sa-200 F-162 Code# 4816 ser# A441646All there, mag is not 100%, trailer is useable but not as good as #1 IMHO.1 extra hood with side doors in fair shape, no rust but some dents to work on. I'd sell it seperately after the SA200s are gone if that fella doesn't want it..Previous original owner was a large Fabrication/structural steel outfit here in Yuma. They went to a common power supply and Inverter welders. As the older units became impractical they were put in the yard. I chose from several and got what I believe were the best two complete ones on decent trailers. #1 Inop probably carb trouble as the owner recalled? #2 Low Compression, was working, but not up to par to weld anymore. I have a lot more pics but i don't want to swamp the classified siteJust ask and I'll get U what U want to see. Between the two I believe one really nice RedFace could be built. The second one would be real handy to get parts or a more difficult build, spare parts to save, and/or excess to sell or trade. Trailers are good but the tires are rollers... I would use MUCH better tires for freeways etc. and then lites etc... I'd trailer them up to go home.$1000 for all of it. It will easily go up on a car trailer. I've got my tractor to hook on and loading will be no problem. A good meal will be a bonus for sure, sleep over is possible if U don't snore too loudly. Location: Yuma, Az 1/2 way between Phx and San Diego. Reply:After a little more than a month the two Sa-200s have a new home. I had a couple of false starts which is quite understandable with the TEA PARTY radical morons wasting our time all of July and causing hate and discontent everywhere. I ended up with a small profit which was well spent buying breakfastRegardless the pair went to two fine young fellas from Casa Grande, which is about 3 hours East of me. They will use them I'm sure. One fella is a mobile welder, the other works for a big well driller. We all went and ate at this little mexican cafe after we loaded and she is till wondering how we put away so much chow. You get hungry loading welders on a car trailer now don't ya'! To all who emailed etc thanks much and I hope you find a great RedFace someday.I'll miss 'em all the way to the bank.Lincoln Power MIG 215Lincoln WeldPak 3200HDLincon ProCut 25Lincoln WeldanPower 225 AC/DCIf all else fails... buy more tools |
