Looking for someone that can cut tube bender arms

I'm looking at getting a set of tube bender arms made. Either pro tools or jd2 style will work. I'm going to be cutting and welding on these to try some stuff I've thought up and don't want to hack up a new bender. I will need a set of fixed arms and a set of moving arms.
