couple small repair jobs

Repaired a couple things for 2 neighbors today. The first is a door from a 2-85 white for my friend Jeff.First step was to do some clean up of the old repair. Reply:Once it was in place I welded it with mig. Wasn't the best conditions today with rain and snow,  and the paint on the door was some kinda nasty. Reply:The second job is a part from a backhoe, on the swing mechanism. It too hadbeen repaired before but this was  an incredibly poor jobwih no v-ing and little penetration. It's no surprise it broke again.I ground off all the old weld and the plate and v'd it good.

Reply:Nice repairs. That White must have some hours on it. A local by me had one of those forever. The backhoe part came out nice . I like all stringers instead of a wave most of the time. I guess it depends how my hand moves.
