Im working with a cast aluminum oil pan from a mid 90s Nissan in-line 6 and need a welder proficient in cast aluminum. The scope of work is basically welding an extension off the bottom the pan to increase the capacity. Ill machine the pan on the mill, construct the extension (tacked together) and will need it welded on. Cast aluminum has been a problem for me in the past, so I need an pro for this. It is a part that will get a lot of eye traffic, so appearance is a consideration. I have other aluminum weld projects as well, all custom motorsports stuff. Please message me if interested.
