Do welding robots weave??

Seems like every time I see a video of a welding robot, it's just moving in a smooth, steady, straight line.  Do they EVER weave?  If not, I wonder if that's an implication for human welders.....-RuarkLincoln 3200HDHobart Stickmate LX235TWECO Fabricator 211i

Reply:I was in a John Deere/Hitachi plant and the two robots I saw both oscillated.  They were both doing horizontal and flat fillets with the help of huge manipulators.  This was on heavy thicknesses.  After seeing that I did not hesitate to put a bit of motion in all my fillets when using spray.
