Reply:Hello Dave, this is relatively new, but OTC Daihen has AC pulsed mig for aluminum. Now, I would say this about the process and machines: EXPENSIVE!!!!! at least compared to most systems designed for aluminum welding and pretty much out of range for a hobbyist or home welder. I was set to go to a showing of these systems in Seattle, unfortunately I was unable to attend. I really was looking forward to hot-rodding these systems.
