Hello,Bought this bluestar 2ewith with tecumseh motor. Sat for over 2 years. Done a full tune up and she was alive! Generated and welded. But when I would strike an arc it would be a powerful arc then like bog down and nearly kill welder. I noticed a spring missing off throttle control. And solenoid wires were disconnected. Really don't know much bout this machine, and would appreciate some knowledge. Thanks.
