Tamper proof hold down nut

So the boss lost the key pin to this thing.  You insert a key pin into the hole and it allows you to unscrew the nut.  I have searched and searched online to find out how to open it or a manufacturer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Reply:Nut splitter. Grinder with a cut off wheel to split the nut in half. Torch to wash the nut off the stud. All of these will both destroy the nut and save you a lot of headache having to screw with it.
Reply:Ok, I appreciate it. Major head ache.  Yes it does spin freely and then the key engages the threads.  Its actually the lid to a bomb/survival shelter.  But as I stated he lost the pin.   The manufacturer no longer in business, go figure.   I'm def going to call Brooks and see if they have anything. If not I guess we'll fire up the torch.  Just hate to screw the thing up.  A survival shelter doesn't do much good if you cant get in. If the zombies attacked he'd be in trouble.  On the flip side I guess someone would have a hard time getting in,  Although the thing is made of fiberglass.  Not sure how much good that's going to do at worlds end.  Anyway thanks again!
Reply:Open end wrench to turn the nut and a pin punch of the appropriate diameter to push through the pin hole to engage the threaded internal portion.  Done.Or remove the nut portion with a zip wheel or nut splitter or whatever and then deal with removing the rest of the threaded section(s).  The best laid schemes ...
