Baldor Motor advice

Hi guys,I currently need to upgrade my bench grinder. I have had this HF grinder for many years and its time to change the motor as it's not working properly anymore. I  am planning to buy a motor with the following specs -Enclosure: TEFC Phase: 3 Hz: 60 Frame: 56Cas an option was thinking of Baldor, and did find one on here that is compatible to the specs i want to get https://www.mrosupply.com/product/25...eneral_Purpose what are your thoughts of Baldors? is it normal price=quality ratio? Reply:No matter what motor you choose... check craigslist and ebay for local deals/auctions.I scored a local 5HP 3 phase Baldor motor on ebay for $27 a couple months ago.wasnt even aware HF made a 3 phase bench grinderESAB Heliarc 252

They are all 21 years old. They have had zero problems.  They start and run every day just like the first day. Baldor motors are out of Fort Smith, AR.  They respond quickly to questions and requests.  They do cost a little more, initially, but in the long run will serve you better, cost you less, are more dependable, have tons of torque, and will not disappoint you.  I would save my money, and wait, save and wait a while longer to get a Baldor. You will not be disappointed.
