does any one know what kind of pilot relay and the relay on the preflow timer board can be cross refrenced with?
Reply:you should be able to replace the complete timer with an 11 pin universal timer relay and one other relay. If I remember correctly the torch trigger voltage is 115vac.The 11 pin timer relay is programmable for different times and has two sets of contacts.some run on 24 to 480 volts ac or dc. they use two pins for reset. external switch or relay contact. You can try and contact Lincoln and ask for the old trouble shooting guide for these units and ask them for information on the pilot relay. If they no longer sell it you might be able to get the spects on it from them.
