Reply:I generally just email them, never once have I failed to get a reply, and a satisfactory answer to whatever problem/question.Last time, it was to the guy I thought was still the local rep, turns out he was transferred back to the head office, not only answered my question, but steered me to the new local rep.Last edited by jsfab; 10-21-2010 at 04:40 PM.
