Another Cnc Plasma Table build

A few years back I started building a CNC plasma table. After I started I saw someone's design that I liked much better. So I decided to try and copy his design. I started this a little of a year ago, and since then I had a computer crash. I will get pics of my beads for you the next time I go out to the shop. Here are some of the pics. The table will cut a 5'x10' sheet. I plan on having a plate marker and a 4th axis rotary cutter.
Reply:After welding the top warped due to the weld in the center. So I headed it back up and applied a little pressure to straighten it out.
Reply:i don't know why the posts rotates my pics to the left. I have tried rotating them then uploading, but that doesn't help. I type all my comments and then attach a pic  at the bottom and if puts the picture in the middle of my text.

Reply:Here are parts I drew and had machined.
Reply:I had the water pan bent on a CNC brake so they would come out right. I didn't think I could get them as accurate on my brake. However, they needed modifications because they didn't follow the drawing. So I fixed them on my brake.
Reply:The Y axis and the X axis will both have 3.75 gear reduction.

Reply:Or when you rotate the pics, save them. I can rotate pics on my phone but if i don't save them it only changes the way they display on my phone...GravelThe difference between theory and practice is that in theory there is no difference.
