My first Welding Project A Cart

I finally got around to buying a welder around Christmas time, and good thing because i got into an accident and had to replace my rockerpanel and floorpans in my 72 F100 the night I placed my order . Anyways Ive got basically no time on a welder other than a few tack welds i made at a buddies shop years ago. But I have a small shop/shed so i needed a cart to get the welder off my work bench and easier to wheel out into the yard. I was a little cheap on the steel as I wasnt sure how my cart would turn out being my first so I didn't add a spot for a bottle of argon since its not in the budget till probably summer. and i figure ill add another shelf and replace the ply wood with expanded metal once i find a cheaper source. It wont break my heart to grind off some paint as it didn't spray very well in this weather we were havingdidnt think to take many pictures as i was going since i was learning on the fly. hopefully the first of many projects. Reply:thanks for the comments. i'm gonna secure the welder to the top with bolts through the feet of the machine. so it shouldn't move around. now i just need more projects. need to build a suitable welding table next..
