I have the equivalency of an advanced cell phone user lol, do you think my brain could handle one without a malfunction? Reply:Mike, you definitely use it without problem...... the learning curve is not too bad and the quality that comes out of it is superb......I'm certain that I'm not using it to it's fullest potential such as figuring out how to do super slow motion and other features it can do.....The thing can go up way past 1080P..... Reply:Just getting started Sean and watched a 14min set up vid on you tube. I got her charging right now and gonna go baby steps with this so I don't overload my pee brain lol. Looking forward to it. Reply:That first charge took a long time for me... seems like it took all day....I can fill up a 32Gig card a couple times on one charge...... but I plug it in every other day or so and it seems to charge back up fast.... Reply:Gopro gives out $100 off coupons during Supercross season if you send a text to 46776.  I just ordered a gopro4 silver to add to my gopro3 that I already have.    Its pretty easy to figure out what to text.  So far this season you had to text GoproA1 Goprophx GoproA2 GoproOak GoproA3 to 46776. I've gone to all the races except Oakland so far this season. when you get the reply put in your email address and they send you a $100 off coupon code that is good for I think 10days. Sending the text only works the day of the races.  Next Saturday I would guess the code will be GoproSD.  Last year for most of the season the code was Goprosx. Reply:I got the Hero 4 black from my wife for Christmas, but I returned it.   My wife forgot that we don't DO anything that requires an "on the go" camera.   I did set it outside overnight to do some time lapse night shots.  They were cool but it bothered my wife that I set $500 worth of camera on the back deck all night long.The other gotcha is that it requires a Windows or Apple computer to run their software that removes the severe distortion.   I'm an old time Unix guy, and I don't use either of them.   I'm always impressed by the nice results that people get from their go-pros.    Nice work Fexal.Dan----------------------------Measure twice.  Weld once.  Grind to size.MIG:  Lincoln SP100 TIG/STICK:  AHP Alphatig 200X

Been looking at computers with 16gig ram, 2-4gig dedicated video, and around 1TB hard drive. Reply:Hey Squirmy......Dude I got a Dell........ 1 TB of storage and 8 Gig of Ram.... It has the hardrive built into the screen so basically less cords........ likely a solid state drive based on how it sounds....... uses the I5 Processor....... I couldn't afford the I7........With some of my videos it chugs a little with the GoPro app but only because I will have it convert 10 videos at once........With my external hard drive I'm now rockin 1.5TB of storage.......... (I don't know how to do much with computers) Been looking at HP desktops, just seems like all the machines I look at online aren't carried in the stores.
