Looking at an old thread here and digging up some information for someone else asking a question on another site, made me think having  list of places or groups that do blacksmithing might be of some interest to some of the members here. There are a few sites that have listings of groups. I believe all the sites below have either a section devoted to blacksmithing groups or links to somehttp://www.iforgeiron.com/http://www.anvilfire.com/http://www.abana.org/resources/education/schools.shtmlHere's a few I have saved that guys might want to look into. All had links to good information, how to stuff or goods for sale that made me want to save them on my computer. Feel free to add any others you all may know of. Reply:The California Blacksmiths are having a git-together next weekend and I'm planning on going. I thought if there was any interest for the folks from  So. Cal, we could get together and head down. Lemme know if you'd like to go. http://www.calsmith.org/
Reply:Don't post on here but I read and learn a lot.  I am a member of the Rocky Mountain Smiths and would like to add our website to the thread.  Very good source for those in the Rocky Mountain Region.http://rockymountainsmiths.org/
