Hey guys I am new to the site but have been welding for 15 years. I recently purchased a Ranger 250 10572 i believe. The machine is running great, only has 137 hours, puts out plenty of AC power but not welding spark at all. Any suggestions?
Reply:10572 is the code number for a procut 55. Check your code number and post again.But in the mean time check the DC buss going to the chopper module and see if it 80 to 90 volts DC. See if the led on the chopper is on. With the right code number I might be able to send you some information. Just send me you e-mail in a PM. Don't post e-mail in open forum. |
