I just purchased this sa 250 and was told it was prob late 70's. It has a 4 cylinder continental red seal engine. The ?'s I had were does anybody have a oil filter number, either napa or fram. something to crossreference? and what weight oil shoild i run in this machine? thanks in advance..........Jason
Reply:All my machines are gassers and I run SAE-30 Valvoline oil in 'em, it never gets that cold around here in South-East Texas so it works good for me all year-round. If it's an F163 Continental with a spin-on filter it uses a 51050 Wix.RD 1984 Chevrolet C30 welding truck1966 Lincoln SA200 Continental F162 1942 Lincoln SA200 Hercules IXB-51991 Lincoln LN25
Reply:another question on this machine. does anyone have a part number and tempature for a thermostat? Maybe a napa number? the thermostat I removed had V180 so i assume its 180 degrees Thanks in advance
