Auto structural strength.

Not sure if I'm on the correct forum, but here goes!  I recall seeing somewhere that I should beware of using ESAB All-State Easy-grind (Mig wire in my case) on auto chassis/frame/suspension repairs.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.

Reply:The wire is a standard er70s-6. Should be fine for that as long as your using a large enough wire that you'll get the required penetration.
Reply:Thanks, and speaking of wire, should I move up to .035" for welding 14ga. or stick to .030"?  Bearing in mind that I run a Millermatic 130 on 110V.
