Bugging out! Bug-O mig welding.

Here's a little project I am working on. Used a Bug-O fixture to hold the mig gun, it makes it easy to put down a bunch of weld without burning my hands. Flange is welded to 24" schedule 60 steel pipe (.97" thick). Groove weld inside, 1"fillet outside. Pulsed spray with Miller Axcess 450, .045 wire. Pipe is rolled as it's being welded. Reply:I also find no fun on depositing material at high temp for 3.5 hours while you can do something else and let the fixture get the heat, good set-up and very good results.
