I purchased a lincoln weld and power 225 machine this weekend and need some info/advice on what i need to do to get the high frequency box going. So from what i am getting off the web i will not be able to use a foot pedal to control the arc. Is this correct? If i cant use a pedal that's fine but how do i wire the start switch into the five pin connector. Does anyone have a suggestion on tig torches (i will be using air cooled setup). I would like to use a foot pedal so if anyone knows some tricks please let me know. Thanks, Matt

Reply:Yes it has AC. I just got done printing the manuals on the machine and the hi-freq box. That explained a lot. I also ordered a contactor for my spool gun. Next is a tig torch. There are so many torches in a wide price range.
