Reply:Austin TX, for some reason welders, specially older millers and Lincolns command $$$I feel I got lucky getting a miller dialarc for $500 with the foot pedal.They usually run $800 to $1K but they never sell.

Reply:Not a good view, but it almost looks like a generator head attached to the engine rather than a welding generator.
Reply:It looks like it may fall apart if you try to lift it. All that rust. The lifting bracket, if thats what it is has 4 holes to balance I think. I dont think thats a welder. My guess is, its a trash pump or some kind of irrigation pump.
Reply:This was the only photo on the estate auction website. The sale is only a few miles away from home. Figured with the rain coming on Saturday might be able to snag a few items for cheap. They have a real nice milling machine and lathe that I've looked at.
