I was at Walmart today and browsed their discount isle and found a stack of Dupont Snow and Ice Non-stick clear coating cans. It has Teflon in it and is not recommended for your windshield. I'm wondering if anyone has thought of using this stuff for lube on your dies. I've only seen either cloth or wax used on aluminum and stainless for forming and various lubes for punch and die applications. I went ahead and picked up 4 cans of the stuff. Oh.. There are 50 more cans on the rack that are going for 5¢ each. I think they ordered the wrong stuff.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
