Hi all,Sorry if this question has been posted, I couldn't find an answer. Been welding with the pro core 100 for 4 years. Never a problem with it till today. The feed roller is going it's correct speed. But once in the hose a foot or two, it slows down considerably. Is the hose dirty? Something wrong with the gun? Ive looked ay everything else. I appreciate your time.JasonJason

Reply:New liner time.
Reply:Thanks for the replies. Turns out it was a bad spool of wire that was , i guess, wound wrong on the spool at the factory.Jason
Reply:Rare problem. I have seen the wire get crossed and knotted and stop the wire from feeding. |
