help with weld pak 100

I am having a issue with my welder as I pull the trigger it sometimes has a delay . Has anyone had the same problem.
Reply:The only thing I can think of, the Miggun trigger switch not  making good contact.A quick test is to replace trigger switch with a test switch. Just plug it into the terminals.If welder now acts normal Then you have a problem in your gun. If it acts up with the test switch the you have a problem inside the welder.I must have your code number to give you test points inside the welder.Is the delay wire feed or welder having out put or both?To open the gun handle, turn the lock rings and pull them off. Handle will now split open.Check trigger spring and contacts. use a eraser to clean contacts.When assembling gun make sure no wires get pinched and everything gets put back where is was.
