I bought an older Miller 251 NT. Great deal. I got the motor up and running. And now am in the faze of trying to get the electrical side of things going. I replaced both fuses. And I can also see the 2 lights on board come up when running. (Light2) (light3) the board doesnt appear to have any burns. I do notice the capacitor under the boards looks like it may have gotten hot it has dippels in it. Not sure if thats how it supposed to look? It also appears like the brushes are making good contact there. Looking for some insight on where I should start looking to hopefully get some power thanks!
