We have an Idealarc CV-300 and its acting up. At certain voltages (across the entire range) it will not fire an arc only turn the mig wire bright red. I can turn it up or down maybe a half a volt and it will weld fine. It might work at 20 Volts and not at 20.5 or 19.5 this morning and by this afternoon it will be fine a 20.5 volts but not at so 21.5 volts. It appears totally random other than there are "holes" across the entire voltage range. Thoughts before I start tearing into it?Ground is good and wire feeder is running perfect.ThanksNeal
