I am currently using my Cutmaster 40 with the Arcdroid but am considering a plasma with a CNC port and dedicate it to the Arcdroid. I would also like a straight torch for it.I am looking at the Prime Weld, and Everlast. Why would I choose one over the other? Any difference in how long the consumables last?Any other plasma cutters I should consider that cost $2000 or less? The Hypertherm Powermax 45 with CNC port and straight torch is $2625 just not sure I will use it enough or if I even need torch height control since the cutting size of the Arcdroid is 26x15"
Reply:I would just get a machine torch for the Cutmaster 40.. (non SLV-100 style) I would spring for the Hypertherm 45 XP otherwise.Esab/Lorch ET-220iEsab 160i caddyEsab CV353Thermal LM-200/ Lincoln feedersThermal 60i- 3phase Pak 50Thermal 35CThermal 15cINE 1500 Klutch 220iBlue Demon/140 msi/90sti
